Stop Looking in the Rear-View Mirror…
Go ahead and throw the rear view mirror away. Don’t spend your time dwelling on past mistakes and failures. . . even if they are from yesterday. Focusing on the past will keep you stuck right where you are. Look forward, and focus on what lies ahead. See yourself on your way to the land of “More Fit.” Happier, healthier, and enjoying the journey!
Begin to take some steps to get where you want to be. Even baby steps in the right direction will get you there. Do what YOU CAN. Find some healthy recipes to try. Buy something healthful during your next shopping trip. Get up and get your body moving. Go for a walk, or take an exercise class. Get out in yard and “play” with your children. Do what YOU CAN and you will be empowered to do more. Picture yourself doing more tomorrow than you were able to do today. One step at a time, WE will get there!
