Be The Change

Going to school, yep, it was the good old Abbey Vocational School in Donegal town for me; we would always know when it was the end of the month. The vice-principal would always say, “today is what the cobbler hit his wife with” can you guess what that is?

So on this the final day of June, I want to share a challenge that you may decide to undertake. Look through the clothes in your wardrobe and see where your clothes have been made. Then go and do some research on the working conditions of the people who made them. When you have completed your research, I challenge you to commit to doing one thing to help improve the lives of those in that country.

And while going through your clothes, if you find you have two of anything, give one away.

Have a blessed day.
